The automatic recloser power leakage protector is suitable for use in circuits with AC 50Hz/60Hz and rated currents up to 63A, providing protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent/short circuit, and leakage in lines and equipment. It is applicable to electrical equipment in various environments, such as communication base stations, repeaters, video surveillance systems, safe cities, cable television, digital television, network switches, optical transceivers, meteorological telemetry stations, seismic monitoring stations, photovoltaic grid-connected boxes, smart homes, and other places.

Function:

○ Pre-closing detection: The automatic reclosing power protector detects the line before closing, and will not close the circuit if any fault such as overvoltage, undervoltage, leakage, or short circuit is detected. This prevents accidents before they occur.

○ Overvoltage protection: When the voltage between the neutral and live wires at the input terminal exceeds 280V or the set value, this switch trips for protection.

○ Undervoltage protection: When the voltage between the neutral and live wires at the input terminal is less than 140V or the set value, this switch trips for protection.

○ Overcurrent protection: When the supply current is greater than or equal to 1.15 times the rated current and an overcurrent condition persists for more than 3 seconds, this switch trips for protection.

○ Short circuit protection: When the supply current is equal to or greater than 3 times the rated current, this switch will initiate protective action within 0.1 seconds, tripping and cutting off the power supply.

○ Leakage protection: When the line experiences a leakage or personal electric shock exceeding the set limit, the automatic recloser power protector disconnects within 0.1 seconds, ensuring personal safety.

○ Neutral line disconnection protection: When the external neutral line becomes loose or is cut, and the three-phase voltage imbalance reaches a certain value, the protector will trip to provide protection.

○ Automatic disconnection upon power failure: The circuit will automatically disconnect when the power fails, and will automatically reconnect and power on once the power supply is detected to be normal after the power is restored.

○ Intelligent leakage detection: Automatically detect power supply line voltage, neutral wire disconnection, etc. before switching on, and refuse to switch on the power supply if any fault exists.

○ Automatic reclosing: After a trip occurs due to the aforementioned fault, the system will automatically reclose and restore power after a certain time interval.

○ Automatic saving of trip information: Automatically save various information during a trip, including trip time, trip type (cause), voltage, current, leakage current, and other information. This provides a basis for fault analysis.

○ Audible and visual fault alarm: When the aforementioned protection is disconnected, different indicator lights will illuminate, indicating the corresponding fault type, accompanied by an audible alarm sound.

○ Remote monitoring: Equipped with an RS485 interface, it facilitates connection with existing system devices, enabling remote monitoring. Data such as voltage, current, leakage current, trip count, trip type (reason), total alarms, and switch status can be viewed in real-time through software.
